Building Overview

XSpace Houston is a landmark commercial development situated at 7022 Old Katy Rd, directly facing the Houston Design Center in the city's most design-forward corridor. The project broke ground in Q2 2026 and is scheduled to deliver in Q3 2027.
Crafted by Francisco Gonzalez-Pulido of FGP Atelier, former design partner of Helmut Jahn and Harvard-educated architect, the building weaves design intelligence, sustainable engineering, and architectural precision into a structure that is as purposeful as it is striking.
